To be honest, after a long week I didn’t want to leave the house today to go to the gym so I decided to break out my exercise ball and smash through an ab workout.


It’s a basic video, but bare with me – it gets the job done! The exercises are as follows, doing 5 sets of 15 reps: 

*jackknife crunches

*elevated crunch

*reverse crunch

*fanned twist

*ball table top

*ball bridge 

*ball bridge T fall-off

The last one take a bit of balance, I rolled all over the place with this one. Lol, good thing we’re working that core strength, it’ll only get better!
